Crystal To Be "Dual-Listed": NASDAQ & Tel Aviv Stock Exchange -- TASE

HERZLIA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 26, 2000--Crystal Systems Solutions Ltd. (Nasdaq:CRYS - news), a member of the Formula Group (Nasdaq:FORTY - news) will be listed on both NASDAQ and the TASE, thus gaining from a larger investment community and a longer trading day.

Crystal's Board of Directors had decided to commence the fast-track dual listing process to be finalized in January 2001, subject to the authorization of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange--the TASE. From that time, Crystal will be traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange along with New York's NASDAQ. This will enable investors in Europe and Israel to trade in Crystal's shares during their normal trading hours, as do traders in North America.
